Get a laptop box from Fedex or UPS or you can use any other box as long as you make sure you have three inches of cushion. Enclose a paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number with the laptop.

We will call or email you as soon as we diagnose the problem. We then repair the laptop and ship it back to you. Your credit card is not charged until you have authorized the repair.

We charge a flat rate of $90.00 for labor plus the cost of parts.
