When you drive up to the shop, you call us and we go down to pick up your computer.\u00a0 When we\u2019ve done the repairs, 24 to 48 hours later, we call you and when you drive up, we\u2019ll take it back down to you.\u00a0 Safe and simple.<\/p>\n<p>Customers are also enjoying our remote computer repair service where we remote into your PC and do the repairs while you watch your screen from home.\u00a0 We can only provide that service however, if you can still get online with your computer.\u00a0 If your computer problem is hardware related, you would still have to bring it to our shop, but if you have email, software, operating system, outlook problems etc.\u2026 we can fix those things remotely.<\/p>\n<p>And as always, customers pay flat rates for repairs done at our shop, and hourly rates for computer service done remotely.
