Answer: We charge $125.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.

Answer: Computer Fixx has been open and operating for over 16 years now.
Question: Are you an experienced technician?
Answer: I've been repairing computers for over 16 years now. I also hold many industry certifications.
Question: Is it worth repairing my computer or should I just get a new one?
Answer: We get this question often, and we always tell the customer to compare the cost of the repair against how much the computer cost new and how old it is. Sometimes it's worth repairing but many times it's not.
Question: Are you located in the U.S?
Answer: Yes, I have a shop in Matthews, NC. I've been providing computer repair services here for over 16 years.
Question: Can you fix my computer problems remotely if I don't live in Charlotte, NC or Matthews
Answer: Yes, I can do remote repairs anywhere in the U.S.
Question: Can you fix my computer remotley if I can't get on the internet
Answer: I can provide phone support to troubleshoot your connectivity problem
Question: How much does remote computer repair cost?
Answer: We charge $80.00 per hour and we have a one hour minimum.
Question: If you're not able to repair the computer remotely, what is the charge?
Answer: We charge a diagnostic fee of $50.00.
Question: What type and brands of computer do you repair?
Answer: We repair all brands of laptops, desktops, Apple computers and custom builds.
Question: What is the turnaround time?
Answer: 24 to 48 hours unless we have to order parts.
