Question: Do I need an appointment?
Answer: No. The office is open and staffed during business hours.
Question: What are your hours?
Answer: Monday-Friday 8:30 till 5:00. Saturday By Appointment. Closed on Sunday
Question: Do you take credit cards?
Answer: Yes. We take Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We don't take American Express.
Question: What is your hourly rate if you come to my home or business?
Answer: We charge $100.00 per hour.
Question: What do you repair?
Answer: We repair laptops, desktops, Apple computers, custom builds, iPads, and iPhones.
Question: What is the turn around time?
Answer: In general, unless we have to order a part, it's 24 to 48 hours.
Question: Do you offer express service?
Answer: Yes. We will put your computer at the front of the queue for an extra charge of $50.00.
Question: Do you provide online remote computer repair?
Answer: Yes. We provide remote computer repair. However, you must be able to get online for us to be able to remote into your computer. We also provide phone support.
Question: Do you repair Xbox, Playstation or other game consoles?
Answer: No. At this time we don't repair any game systems.
Question: How long have you been in business?
Answer: Computer Fixx has been open and operating in the same location for over 12 years now.
Question: Are you an experienced technician?
Answer: I've been repairing computers for over 12 years now. I also hold many industry certifications.
Question: Do you repair monitors and printers?
Answer: No we don't. They often cost more to repair than it's worth.
Question: Is it worth repairing my computer or should I just get a new one?
Answer: We get this question often, and we always tell the customer to compare the cost of the repair against how much the computer cost new and how old it is. Sometimes it's worth repairing but many times it's not.
Question: Do you replace screens, hinges, cases, dents, etc... on a computer?
Answer: Yes. We repair physical damage done to computers quite often.
Question: Do you recycle?
Answer: Yes, with limitations. We will take one or two pieces of computer equipment from customers or the general public. We can't take more as we don't have the space. Also, the person recycling must bring the equipment in the building. We don't go out to cars to get it.
