Computer Fixx Now Provides Curbside Pick up and Drop off Service!

computer · July 21, 2020 ·

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, we’ve changed the we way we do business, and we’re getting a lot of positive feedback from our customers about our new curbside pickup and drop off service.  It’s safer for us and our customers, who are also enjoying not having to get out of their car and carry a computer into our shop.

When you call us at 910-515-4738, we get your name, address, and phone number and you tell us what’s wrong with your PC. When you drive up to the shop, you call us and we go down to pick up your computer.  When we’ve done the repairs, 24 to 48 hours later, we call you and when you drive up, we’ll take it back down to you.  Safe and simple.

Customers are also enjoying our remote computer repair service where we remote into your PC and do the repairs while you watch your screen from home.  We can only provide that service however, if you can still get online with your computer.  If your computer problem is hardware related, you would still have to bring it to our shop, but if you have email, software, operating system, outlook problems etc.… we can fix those things remotely.

And as always, customers pay flat rates for repairs done at our shop, and hourly rates for computer service done remotely. (sales tax is added)
